Purpose of the Grievance Cell

The Student Grievance Cell serves as a vital platform for students to express their grievances, complaints, or suggestions regarding any aspect of school life. This may include academic challenges, interpersonal conflicts, issues of bullying or harassment, or other concerns affecting their educational experience. Our primary goal is to create an atmosphere where students feel safe and empowered to raise their voices, ensuring that their experiences are acknowledged and addressed.

How the Grievance Cell Works?

The functioning of the Student Grievance Cell involves several structured steps designed to ensure that grievances are addressed effectively:

1. Submission of Grievances: Students can submit their grievances through multiple channels, including:

  • A dedicated email address monitored by the Grievance Cell.
  • An online grievance form available on the school’s website.
  • In-person discussions with designated members of the Grievance Cell.

All submissions will be treated with confidentiality and respect, and students can choose to remain anonymous if they prefer.

2. Acknowledgment: Upon receiving a grievance, the Grievance Cell will promptly acknowledge the submission within a specified timeframe. This acknowledgment reassures the student that their concerns are being taken seriously and will be addressed.

3. Investigation Process: The Grievance Cell will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the matter. This process may involve:

  • Gathering information from the student who submitted the grievance.
